Your Responsibilities

We at Skill are looking for a Quality Manager for a project at Siemens Energy in Finspång. You will be part of the Project Quality Team and be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing/monitoring, and organizing production quality activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize quality activities in production.

• Act as the main contact for project quality within internal production.

• Manage and participate in customer witness activities in production.

• Ensure that applicable quality requirements and standards are met and exceeded.

• Collect, review, and follow up on quality documentation such as QRL, QCP, ICR, among others.

Your Profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, power engineering, process engineering, or similar.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Structured and collaborative.

• Team player with good communication skills and a desire to drive projects forward.

• Experience or education related to the design/manufacturing/operation of rotating machinery is a plus.

• Previous experience in a quality organization is a plus.
